Those two answers decide most of the job, and it is much cheaper to establish them now than after equipment has been chosen.

Who we come out to
Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, La Cañada Flintridge and Eagle Rock. Just outside that, ask — it depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
If there is an association
Say so in the first line. We will not fix equipment to common property or penetrate a shared wall or roof without written approval, whoever is paying — but we will prepare the technical part of the application for you at no charge, because it saves everybody a month.
